1. Introduction

Adzz (“Adzz”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and share information when you use our website, dashboard, Amplify service, and related tools (the “Service”) at https://adzz.pro.

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Information we collect

a) Account and identity information

  • Email address and password (stored using industry-standard hashing).
  • Discord account identifiers when you sign in or link Discord OAuth.
  • Display name, avatar, and profile data provided by Discord.

b) Bot and automation data

  • Discord bot tokens and bot account metadata you connect to Adzz.
  • Server names, channel IDs, posting schedules, and campaign settings.
  • Ad message content, templates, and rotation preferences.
  • Send logs, delivery status, errors, and analytics related to posting.

c) Billing and transaction data

  • Subscription status, plan tier, and billing period.
  • Amplify credit balance, purchase history, and campaign spend.
  • Payment confirmations from processors (Stripe, PayPal). We do not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

d) Technical and usage data

  • IP address, browser type, device information, and approximate location derived from IP.
  • Pages visited, features used, timestamps, and diagnostic logs.
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 8).

e) Support communications

  • Messages you send via email, Discord support, or in-app contact.

3. How we use your information

We use collected information to:

  • Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
  • Authenticate users and secure accounts.
  • Schedule and deliver Discord advertising on your behalf.
  • Process payments, subscriptions, and credit purchases.
  • Monitor abuse, fraud, and violations of our Terms.
  • Improve performance, fix bugs, and develop new features.
  • Send service-related notices (billing, security, policy updates).
  • Comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. How we share information

We may share information in these situations:

  • Service providers — Hosting, database, payment processing (Stripe, PayPal), email, analytics, and infrastructure partners that help us run Adzz under contractual confidentiality obligations.
  • Discord — When you connect bots or authorize OAuth, data is transmitted to Discord’s API according to your configuration and Discord’s policies.
  • Legal requirements — When required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, and integrity of users and the platform.
  • Business transfers — In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to continued protection of your data.

5. Data retention

We retain personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Send logs and billing records may be kept for a reasonable period for analytics, accounting, and fraud prevention. When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it where feasible.

6. Data security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for safeguarding bot tokens and account credentials.

7. Your rights and choices

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Access personal information we hold about you.
  • Request correction of inaccurate data.
  • Request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • Object to or restrict certain processing.
  • Withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

8. Cookies and tracking

We use cookies and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure usage, and improve the Service. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may limit some features.

9. International users

Adzz may process and store data on servers located outside your country. By using the Service, you consent to transfer and processing in jurisdictions that may have different data protection laws than your own, subject to appropriate safeguards where required.

10. Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us data, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

11. Third-party links

The Service may link to third-party sites (Discord, payment pages, etc.). We are not responsible for their privacy practices. Review their policies before providing information.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Material changes may also be communicated through the Service or by email where appropriate.
