Delivery & Service Policy
1. Digital-only service
Adzz is a software and advertising automation platform. We do not sell or ship physical goods. All products and services are delivered electronically through your Adzz account at https://adzz.pro.
2. What we deliver
- Dashboard access — Account features according to your plan (Free, Unlimited, or admin-granted access).
- Subscriptions — Paid plans such as Adzz Unlimited are activated after successful payment through Stripe or PayPal. Access typically begins within minutes of confirmation.
- Amplify credits — Prepaid credits are added to your wallet after PayPal payment is captured. Credits are consumed as Amplify posts your ads to network channels.
- Ad delivery — Scheduled or automated messages sent to Discord channels via your bots or the Amplify fleet, subject to platform limits and campaign settings.
3. Delivery timelines
Account activation
New accounts are available immediately after registration. Email verification or Discord linking may be required for certain features.
Subscription activation
Unlimited and other paid subscriptions are activated once payment is confirmed. If payment succeeds but access does not update within 30 minutes, contact support with your receipt or transaction ID.
Credit purchases
Amplify credits appear in your wallet after PayPal checkout completes. If credits are not visible after returning from PayPal, refresh the page or contact support — do not pay twice until we confirm the first transaction.
Campaign delivery
Amplify and self-serve campaigns begin posting according to your intensity, cooldowns, and fleet availability. Delivery is ongoing over the campaign duration — not a single instant batch unless configured (e.g. burst mode). Discord rate limits, server permissions, or paused campaigns may delay individual posts.
4. Free plan access
The Free plan may require approval through our Discord support ticket process before posting is enabled. Delivery of Free plan features begins after admin activation, not immediately at signup.
5. Failed or delayed delivery
If a paid service was not delivered as described, contact us before initiating a chargeback. We will investigate and, where appropriate:
- Activate missing subscription access.
- Credit missing Amplify credits to your wallet.
- Resume paused campaigns caused by platform errors on our side.
We are not responsible for delivery failures caused by invalid bot tokens, Discord account bans, removed bot permissions, target server rules, ad content violations, or third-party outages.
6. No physical shipping
There is no shipping address, courier, or tracking number associated with Adzz purchases. Any reference to “shipping” on payment provider checkout pages refers to digital fulfillment only.
