Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

Welcome to Adzz (“Adzz”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Adzz’s website, dashboard, automation tools, Amplify managed advertising service, subscriptions, credit purchases, and related products (collectively, the “Service”) available at https://adzz.pro.

By creating an account, purchasing a plan or credits, connecting a Discord account or bot, or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. Definitions

  • Service — The Adzz platform, including self-serve bot automation, campaign tools, Amplify fleet posting, billing, and support channels.
  • User — Any individual or entity that registers for or uses the Service.
  • Content — Messages, advertisements, images, links, and other material you submit for posting through the Service.
  • Credits — Prepaid units used to fund Amplify ad deliveries (one credit generally equals one post to one channel, unless otherwise stated at purchase).
  • Subscription — A recurring or time-limited paid plan (such as Adzz Unlimited) that unlocks dashboard features according to the plan description at checkout.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service and must meet Discord’s minimum age requirements for your region. By using Adzz, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement and that all registration information you provide is accurate and current.

4. Account registration and security

You agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials and bot tokens.
  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
  • Use only Discord accounts and bots you are authorized to operate.
  • Comply with Discord’s Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, and Developer Policy when using Adzz.

You are responsible for all activity under your account, including campaigns, messages sent through connected bots, and purchases made with your payment methods.

5. Service description

Adzz provides tools to schedule, rotate, and deliver advertising messages on Discord. This includes:

  • Self-managed bots linked to your account (dashboard automation).
  • Amplify — managed fleet posting into partner servers using prepaid credits.
  • Analytics, logs, and campaign management features as described on the site.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted delivery, specific reach, engagement, or conversion results. Discord rate limits, server rules, channel permissions, and third-party actions may affect posting.

6. Payments, credits, and subscriptions

6.1 Subscriptions

Paid plans (including Unlimited) are billed through approved payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal according to the price and billing period shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the payment provider or as otherwise stated.

6.2 Amplify credits

Credit packs are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. Credits are consumed when Amplify delivers posts on your behalf. Credit pricing, pack sizes, and per-post costs are displayed before checkout. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable between accounts, and are not redeemable for cash except where required by law.

6.3 Refunds

Except where required by applicable law, all sales are final. Refunds are not issued for accounts suspended or terminated for policy violations, for credits already consumed, or for delivery failures caused by Discord, target servers, invalid ad content, or factors outside our reasonable control. If you believe a billing error occurred, contact us within 14 days at admin@adzz.pro or via our Discord support server.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation.
  • Violate Discord’s terms, developer policies, or community standards.
  • Send spam, raids, scams, malware links, illegal content, hate speech, harassment, or deceptive advertising.
  • Impersonate others, misrepresent offers, or promote fraudulent schemes.
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits, scrape the platform, reverse engineer systems, or interfere with Service security or performance.
  • Post into channels or servers without permission where such permission is required.

We reserve the right to review Content and to pause, reject, or remove campaigns that we reasonably believe violate these Terms or pose risk to users, partners, or Discord communities.

8. Third-party services

The Service integrates with Discord, payment processors (Stripe, PayPal), and other third parties. Your use of those services is subject to their respective terms. We are not responsible for outages, policy changes, or actions taken by third parties.

9. Intellectual property

Adzz owns the Service, branding, software, and documentation. You retain ownership of Content you submit but grant us a limited license to host, transmit, and display that Content solely to operate the Service and deliver your campaigns.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Service without our prior written consent.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately, without refund, if you breach these Terms, abuse the Service, generate excessive chargebacks, or create legal or platform risk. You may stop using the Service at any time. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ends; unused credits and active subscriptions may be handled according to these Terms and applicable law.

11. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT POSTS WILL REMAIN ONLINE, THAT SERVERS WILL ACCEPT ADS, OR THAT RESULTS WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS.

12. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ADZZ AND ITS OPERATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO ADZZ IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD $100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.

13. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Karnataka, India, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
